Once order confirmed, the orders will be processed within 1-4 business days by standard shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note: If you need us to postpone your delivery because your home is not ready, you can place your order and then reply to your order confirmation email with your special request.

You are responsible for making sure that the furniture can fit through the desired rooms, stairways, elevators, and hallways in your home. Please check all entry points before placing your order to ensure a smooth delivery process.

IV. Delivery Day

On the day of delivery, our team will arrive at your specified address within the agreed delivery window. Please make sure that someone is available to receive the furniture and inspect it for any damages upon arrival.

Please note: Delivery to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers is not available, as they are generally not suitable for receiving the majority of the items we offer. We appreciate your understanding.

VI. Customs, Taxes, and Tax Exemption

Please be aware that when ordering from Furnifort, customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applicable based on the regulations of your country. These additional charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product.

If you qualify for a tax exemption, kindly reach out to our customer service team before completing your purchase. We will assist you with the required instructions and documentation to apply for your tax exemption.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return & Refund Process:

1. Step 1: Verify Eligibility
   Check if your item meets the return and refund conditions (unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags, and with proof of purchase).
2. Step 2: Contact Us
   Contact us at order@furnifort.com. If your return meets the necessary conditions, we will not charge any additional fees.
3. Step 3: Return Shipping Label and Instructions
   If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Step 4: Refund Approval and Processing
   We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
