I. Shipping and Delivery Timeline

Once order confirmed, the orders will be processed within 1-4 business days by standard shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through here. The estimated shipping time is 9 to 41 business days. The total delivery time is 10-45 business days.

Please note: If you need us to postpone your delivery because your home is not ready, you can place your order and then reply to your order confirmation email with your special request.

II. Free Delivery

We offer free shipping for all order. Whether you're purchasing a single item or furnishing an entire room, you won't have to worry about extra shipping costs. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, so you can enjoy your new furniture without the added expense of delivery fees.

Please note : Free delivery only applies to standard shipping within the eligible delivery regions. For expedited shipping or delivery to remote areas, additional fees may apply.

III. Preparing for Delivery

You are responsible for making sure that the furniture can fit through the desired rooms, stairways, elevators, and hallways in your home. Please check all entry points before placing your order to ensure a smooth delivery process.

IV. Delivery Day

On the day of delivery, our team will arrive at your specified address within the agreed delivery window. Please make sure that someone is available to receive the furniture and inspect it for any damages upon arrival.

Please note: Delivery to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers is not available, as they are generally not suitable for receiving the majority of the items we offer. We appreciate your understanding.

VI. Customs, Taxes, and Tax Exemption

Please be aware that when ordering from Furnifort, customs duties, taxes, and fees may be applicable based on the regulations of your country. These additional charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product.
